These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nutraxis (the "App"), a health and wellness application developed by Alaleh Kash ("we," "us," or "Nutraxis"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Service

Nutraxis provides personalized nutrition insights, habit-tracking, and AI-guided wellness coaching to support healthier daily choices. Features may include meal logging, activity and water tracking, workout guidance, and an AI Coach that responds to your data and questions.

Not Medical Advice

Nutraxis is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device or medical application, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are considering a significant change in diet or exercise.

AI-Generated Content

The App's AI Coach and related features use artificial intelligence to generate insights, suggestions, and responses based on the information you provide. AI output is generated automatically and, while we work to make it accurate and relevant, it may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. AI responses are informational only and should not be relied upon as medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App and, where applicable local law requires a minimum age, you must meet it. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is collected and used.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and managed entirely through Apple In-App Purchases and are additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings — Nutraxis does not process payments directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when using the App
  • Use content or output from the App to provide medical advice to others

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nutraxis is not liable for any decision made or outcome experienced based on information, insights, or AI-generated content from the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
